This road bike from Bianchi is almost fashioned from pure carbon, carbon frame, forks and seat post - also kevlar saddle and other smaller inclusions. The use of Shimano Ultegra drivetrain is given away in the name, and what a great choice of parts, smooth, efficient and precise. With the lightweight, the stiffness and choice of high end parts, the Bianchi Sempre Ultegra really is a dream bike for someone with the budget. Also comes with water bottle and cage.

The Trek Madone 5.2c 2012, stunning in Team Leopard colours and with a dazzling array of features, this bike is a beautiful object and far more than just aesthetically pleasing, this bike can really move. Light, very light and very strong. Formed out of carbon, the frame is the top Trek carbon, Bontrager Race X Lite forks, hollowed alloy seat rails, carbon seatpost, the Ultegra groupset and BB90 bottom bracket mean a deliciously light yet responsive ride, and whats more there aren't many destined for the UK so it would be pretty unique on the road. This is a serious bike for competitions, TT's or just beating your PB.

The Trek Madone 4.9C is a beautiful bike, with all the quality you expect from Trek in this price range, the frame is light, the bottom bracket stiff and very responsive. Using an integrated Shimano Ultegra/Dura-Ace combination the drivetrain is slick and smooth, the changes exact and tight. Bontrager tyres are the R3's for grip and longevity. This is a very light bike, the frame, forks and seatpost all in carbon and the saddle rails are made out of hollowed cromoly. A high performance bike that really walks the walk.
