Whether you are looking for a new commuting, leisure or road bike, a new pair of shoes or just your weekly supply of energy products, our goal is to offer brilliant customer service and advice, backed up by a second to none in-store warranty and after sales service.
Our team share a common passion for cycling and are a mixture of roadies, off-roaders, time trialists, triathletes, race winners and leisure riders. Together we’ve assembled a large combined knowledge-base which we are eager to share with our customers to help them find the perfect cycling equipment for their needs.
Kate is Store Manager and Senior Precision Bike fitter. Kate has been with PR since 2013 and has many years of riding bikes, from commuting to racing TT’s, her wealth of knowledge on all forms of cycling is phenomenal, with an amazing eye for detail that makes her bike fitting second to none. She is a strong advocate and ambassador for female cycling.
Matt is Store manager, bike fitter, head of Marketing. Matt has been riding for many years, and is a self diagnosed cycling obsessive. Whether that’s teaching his kids to ride, riding the local cafe ride, racing or just dreaming of the next cycling purchase. Matt is passionate about cycling and passing on his knowledge to help others.
George is Assistant Store Manager and Front of House, specialising in custom bike builds. George has been into bike repairs since a young age and is a brilliant mechanic. He is also a keen cyclocross and road racer in the local scene and can be often seen half wheeling his friends.
Alex, a local from Aylsham, has just returned from Oxford where he worked at Beeline Bikes. He is an avid gravel and road cyclist with excellent product and technical knowledge, wokring on both the shop floor and in the workshop. A cafe ride specialist, who loves zone 2.
Is Mechanic and he has been with PR for over 16 years and even longer in the industry. Luke is a keen Mountain biker, gravel rider and road cyclist. A fantastic mechanic, just one word of warning never take one of a Luke’s tools without asking!
Is head of meet and greet, and customer relations. He is useless on a bike but his ball skills and bike dodging ability are excellent.
Joins our back office team, looking after our systems and e-commerce. Hannah is a very keen cyclist and specialises in Time Trialling and is currently the regional womans champion! She has a background in Graphic Design and Personal Training, and has a keen interest in nutrition.
Has been with us for around 1 year after refusing to leave after a shop ride, and we are glad he did! Top bloke. He is part of the shop floor team. He's learning quickly and gaining knowledge fast. Reuben is a keen road cyclist and looking to get into racing in the near future.
