Our team share a common passion for cycling and are a mixture of roadies, off-roaders, time trialists, triathletes, race winners and leisure riders. Together we’ve assembled a large combined knowledge-base which we are eager to share with our customers to help them find the perfect cycling equipment for their needs.


Kate is Managing Director and Senior Precision Bike fitter. Kate has been with PR since 2013 and has many years of riding bikes, from commuting to racing TT’s, her wealth of knowledge on all forms of cycling is phenomenal, with an amazing eye for detail that makes her bike fitting second to none. She is a strong advocate and ambassador for female cycling.


Matt is Norwich store manager, bike fitter, head of marketing and e-commerce. Matt has been riding for many years, and is a self diagnosed cycling obsessive. Whether that’s teaching his kids to ride, riding the local cafe ride, rscing or just dreaming of the next cycling purchase. Matt is passionate about cycling and passing on his knowledge to help others.


Ben is a director, workshop manager and Customer Experience specialist. Ben has been with PR for many years starting as a Saturday mechanic and working his way up the business to Director. He is also our e-bike specialist, and a font of knowledge across our whole product range. Ben raced at high level as a junior, and….


Gorleston shop manager and company Director, Marc had been with Pedal Revolution for 5 years now. His cycling history stems from being a child bouncing bmx bikes around and then progressing to road riding. The most enjoyable ride I had was the coast to coast in a day ride from Seascale in Cumbria to Whitby. I also love riding off road on my mountain bike and getting muddy doing less miles that give you more smiles on lumpy challenging courses.


Is our Senior mechanic at the Norwich branch he has been with PR for over 16 years and even longer in the industry. Luke is a keen Mountain biker, gravel rider and road cyclist. A fantastic mechanic, just one word of warning never take one of a Luke’s tools without asking!

James (Skip)

Mechanic at the Gorleston store. With 25 years experience of in cycle mechanics, no job is too small or too big to handle, he enjoys fixing bikes. His hobbies include getting out and riding bikes, looking at bikes, and talking about bikes. He also enjoys listening to music and socializing with friends.

Andy "Chopper" Harris

Andy has been cycling for more years than he cares to remember and has a passion for all things bike. He has competed in time trials, road races and 90’s mountain bike races, all with no success, but has enjoyed the fitness, the great stories and of course friends along the way. He’s recently practised as a sports and remedial massage therapist for 15 years and this knowledge helps with bike fit, setup and advice. His training mantras are “just ride” combined with “recover well”

George Farrow-Green

George is one of our mechanics at the Norwich branch, George has been into bike repairs since the age of 5 and is a brilliant mechanic and excellent on e bike, custom bike builds and tricky di2/axs issues. He is also a keen MTB, and cyclocross racer, and road racer in the local scene and can be often seen half wheeling his friends. George loves a bit of bling on his bike!


Ed Curtis

Ed is one of the mechanics at the Norwich branch, Ed joined us straight from college/school and is a brilliant mechanic and excellent on full custom bike builds and tricky di2 issues. He is also a keen TT racer, road racer in the local scene and can be often seen in the local Godric colours and Ped Rev colours


Ed Frisby

Ed is one of customer relations experts in the Norwich branch. Ed is a keen mountain biker and gravel rider and what Ed doesn’t know about mountain biking isn’t worth knowing.
