We have 3 main ways you can collect or receive your product you can come in-store, you can Click & Collect from either store or you can choose our Premium Bike Delivery option to give you complete peace of mind that your bike/component will get to you in one piece.

With Click & Collect from any of Our Stores, our team will be ready to help show you round your next bike and all the features that your awesome bike has. Premium Delivery Courier
Our Premium Delivery service has been hand chosen to protect and promise your bike will arrive at your door in showroom condition. Our exclusive Bike delivery company are fully insured at the retail price twinned with our named personal technician who packed your bike with care, attention and rigorous detail. We have the most protected and well trusted bike delivery system in operation. You will receive updates on how your bike is progressing through our delivery system and with our team always on hand for you to call if you have updates or changes to your order. Part of our specialist system is you will receive a personalised video of your bike being packed into your bike box and our mechanic will also describe how to unpack your new bike and how to assemble your bike to the correct manufactures settings.
Set By Step Delivery Process
- You select the bike you want from our store, add to your basket and select Premium Delivery Option. Then checkout and complete your order.
- Our Team will the receive your order and either start packing up your bike the same day or order your new bike from our suppliers straight away.
- Once your bike has arrived or has been found we will then build your bike and complete our extensive PDI inspection to make sure your new bike is in perfect condition.
- Once our expert team is happy we will the pack up your bike and in our specialist bike courier boxes ready for transport. At this point you will receive a video confirmation of your bike being packed and how to assemble your bike once you receive it. See the example below.
- Our premium delivery courier will then collect your bike from us and will deliver your new bike in 24 hours.
Other Delivery Information
£4.99 Mainland UK delivery for parts and accessories.
£6.99 Priority delivery; small items are sent 1st class recorded with larger items being dispatched with a courier via a 24 hour service.
Larger items like bikes have greater delivery charges (£24.99 fully tracked and insured)
Electric Bikes are charged at £75 for mainland UK delivery (fully tracked and insured)
Bikes are collected from us on Wednesdays and Fridays and are delivered in 24 hours.
We will always endeavour to send your order out the same day when the items you order are in stock, however, there are certain exceptions to this rule;
- If you’re order placed later on in the day our courier may have already left.
- Some items (such as pre-build bikes and our frames) are subject to a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- Custom Bikes need to be built and inspected before dispatch.
- All in stock items are dispatched straight away but if you also have items that are subject to delay, the order will be split and the other items will be sent when they are ready.
For some items, your order may take a little while whilst we retrieve it from the warehouse, however, the same rule applies, we will always try and send your items out at the earliest instance. Items placed on premium delivery are tracked via our courier or sent via 1st class recorded but our standard delivery option is not trackable.
Phone numbers are required by couriers – We can not ship goods without a correct, working phone number
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I collect my order?
For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!
How will I know when my order is ready?
For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.
We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible
Can someone else collect my order?
Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
How do I cancel / change my order?
If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
