SUNDAY MONTHLY SHOP RIDE
Sunday 5th APRIL FEBRUARY
‘EASTER RIDE’
The plan is to make this for road bike riders.
We will meet at the Norwich shop at 8.30am for a 9am depart.
We often get asked about ride pace; there is no definitive pace of the ride, we will ride to the pace of the group that attends and if necessary break into or set off in two groups. However, if we do have two groups we envsiage one group to ride around 14-16 mph and the other group around 18-20 mph.
Please bring:
Drink
Ride Snacks
Puncture repair – inner tube, pump/co2, tyre levers
Bike in good condition
(please feel free to come to store any day we are open before the ride to get a free health check 🙂 but not on the morning of the ride 🙂 🙂 )
Helmets are mandatory
