Our Servicing Packages have been designed by our highly experienced, friendly and knowledgable team to meet your needs whether you just ride for fun with with the family, commute to work, ride for recreation and fitness or our a serious weekend competitor.
Service Package pricing does not include any additional replacement parts that may be required. We will always ask your approval before we fit replacement parts.
GENERAL Service
Our General Service is a full examination and adjustment of your bike and could be your annual service or your seasonal service depending upon your mileage and mechanical sympathy!
Its a rigorous examination of your bike and all its major components over around two hours.
We always road test your bike and provide a full written report with any advisories and suggest your next service interval.
- Drivechain components removed, cleaned, regreased & reinstalled (chain & cassette)
- Frame & fork inspected for wear/damage
- Gearing inspected for wear, aligned and adjusted
- Brakes inspected for wear and adjusted
- Headset bearings inspected for wear and adjusted if required
- Bottom bracket inspected for wear and adjusted if required
- Wheels inspected for wear, hubs adjusted if required, wheels trued
- Contact points adjusted for alignment & torqued
- Road Test
- Full Written Report

FULL Service
Our Full Service is where we strip your bike back to a bare frame, all transmission parts are chemically cleaned and examined for wear before being reassembled into the freshly cleaned and polished frame. If you have electronic shifting we will check and apply any outstanding firmware updates. This service typically takes 3 hours plus.
Providing a full written report with any advisories and suggest your next service interval.
We also book you a complementary follow-up in around 6 weeks as we would we a new bike build.
